Pour la douleur chez les enfants (SKIP) Solutions for Kids in Pain (SKIP) est un réseau national de mobilisation de connaissances affilié aux Réseaux de centres d’excellence (RCE) établi à l’Université Dalhousie de Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse) et codirigé par Santé des enfants Canada d’Ottawa (Ontario). SKIP bénéficie du soutien financier de RCE et d’autres partenaires.
