Are you highly organized with exceptional calendar and Outlook skills? Do you excel at ensuring operations run smoothly? SKIP’s Scientific Director, Dr. Christine Chambers, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide critical support in managing her many exciting projects, meetings, and initiatives across the three teams she leads.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that positively impacts the lives of children and families. The Executive Assistant will manage Dr. Chambers’ schedule, prepare her for key commitments, and play a central role in the success of her initiatives.

• Expertise in calendar and Outlook management
• Ability to balance priorities with care and precision
While the position is posted as a 1-year term, funding is secured for 3 years, making this an excellent opportunity with some stability.
